Booking
The request of stay can be done with a simple e-mail.
If the accommodations requested by you are not available, Abitalecce will propose to you alternative accommodations with similar characteristics of those requested.
If you accept our proposal, we will send you a reservation form that you must return to us signed and completed.
Only at this point will you receive a confirmation of your reservations from us.

Arrivals and Departures
The appointed arrival times of guests is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If there are changes it will be our responsibility to notify you in advance.It is asked of clients to do the same.
The rooms must be vacant on the day of departure by 12 o'clock, unless other arrangements are made.

Reservation Fee
It is requested that a sum of 25% of the total cost, be paid by check, money transfer or money order,
The reservation will be acccepted, only if the reservation fee is received.
The rest of the sum will be paid in cash at our office at the moment of arrival.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your reservations.
-up until 30 days of the arrival date, we will retain 15% of the deposit.
-up until 10 days of the arrival date, we will retain 20% of the deposit.
-less than 10 days before the arrival date, we will retain 50% of the deposit.
If you have to cancel your reservations, it will be our obbligation to notify you immediately and to propose other accommodations with similar characteristics.In case that the proposed alternative accommodations, we will refund the entire deposit.
